- Discover our weekend dinner features for Friday February 6th and Saturday February 7th as we celebrate Mardi Gras! This special menu highlights hand breaded Catfish Bites, classic Oysters Rockefeller, our New Orleans style Jambalaya, classic Crawfish Etoufee, a tasty Cajun Catfish fillet, and a sampler platter complete with all the flavors rounds out the menu!
